Q:  Why did you enter into ministry?


A:  At the age of 15 while in prayer I felt God impress upon me to prepare for the ministry.

Q:  What motivates you to work each day in God's house?

A:  The joy of serving the Lord and serving His people.

Q:  What will we never see you do as a pastor?

A:  Snowboard!

Q:  Name some people (past or present) that have inspired or shaped your life?

A:  The two most important people is my father, who not only taught me by his words but by his example, and Dr. Donald Johns, one of my professors at Central Bible College.

Q:  What dream(s) do you have for the church?

A:  For the local church, I dream of its continued growth spiritually and continued outreach to the community.  My hopes are that the love of God will be demonstrated to the people of the tri-cities through the various ministries of Harbor Light.

Q:  What do you do to relax?

A:  Hunt, fish, walk, and ride a bicycle.

Q:  What is your favorite ice cream?

A:  Vanilla

Q:  What web sites, magazines or blogs do you visit most often?

A:  I don't even know what web sites or blogs are!?! 

Q:  What do you hate most about church life?

A:  I can't genuinely think of anything I hate about church life.

Q:  What do your kids teach you about God?

A:  Patience!
